About the club

Greater Springfield Gamers Inc was established in 2018 and incorporated in 2023 from two smaller groups that were focused on board gaming and tabletop miniature gaming.

Our club focuses on connecting the community through real-life face-to-face playing of board games (modern and classic), miniature wargames, and tabletop roleplaying games (TTRPG). Some are light, involving no prep and going for one session, others are crunchier and ongoing campaigns. Systems that have been run at the club, or there is an interest in running include D&D, CY_BORG, Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay, Blades in the Dark, Alien and more! As well as all the board games you know and love and some new ones you may just add to your list of favourites!

We welcome people of all ages and all walks of life to our regular meet-ups around Springfield, Queensland Australia. In keeping with our policy, however, children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. More of a reason to bring the whole family! We aim to foster a community of tabletop-loving people who can join together over shared interests growing friendships and a community of tabletop gamers in Greater Springfield.

We have a small committee driving the group who are working hard to grow the group, expand membership, add new events and connect more with our local community through 2024.
